Additional information

Some electronic resources require a library card number and PIN. In order to activate privileges for these resources, you must fill out our online library card application. If you have had a library card here before, please let us know and we can re-activate it for you. If you have a CWC student identification card, your library number is preprinted on the back. It should be 14 digits long. If you do not have a card, please let us know and we will have a number assigned for you. When your library card is activated, call us to find out your PIN.

To check out physical materials from our library, please contact us with the title and any other pertinent information. The library will mail items to you at no charge, but you are responsible for the cost of returning them. Items must be returned on time. All late fees apply. This policy does not apply to reserve or special collection materials and may be amended on a case-by-case basis by the Library Director.

CWC students have interlibrary loan privileges as well, which means that if the CWC Library does not have the item you need it can be ordered from another library. Please see the interlibrary loan policy for more information.

Your greatest library resource as a CWC student are your librarians! We are here to help you find the information you need, gain research and information literacy skills, learn to cite sources, and support you as a CWC student beyond the boundaries of time and place. Please call or email us with questions.
