Dr. Colton Crane - Chair
Lander subdistrict

Member since August 2008; BS - Utah State University; DMD - Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Colton is a practicing dentist in Lander. He was elected to the national Association of Community College Trustees Board of Directorsin October 2010.



Heather Christensen  - Secretary
Dubois-Crowheart subdistrict


Member since December 2012; RN – Beth-El School

of Nursing; BS – Colorado State University. 

Heather is a retired nurse and operates the

family farm with her husband.



Mickey Douglas

Lander subdistrict

Member since 2014. AS Murray State College;

National College of Business graduate. Mickey

has 25 years of higher education experience

and is retired from Central Wyoming College

after 15 years of service. 



Steven R. Peck

Riverton-Shoshoni subdistrict

Member since 2014. University of Denver,

University of Southern California; University

of Wyoming. Steve is a newspaper publisher. 














Nicole Schoening - Vice Chair 


Riverton-Shoshoni subdistrict

Member since February 2013; MS - University of Wyoming.  Nicole is a Special Education Case Manager for Fremont County School District #25.


Carlton Underwood - Treasurer
Reservation subdistrict


Member since December 2012; AA -Central Wyoming College, BS - University of Wyoming, MBA – University of Tennessee. He is the Northern Arapaho Director of Tribal Health Programs. 




Craig Tolman

Riverton-Shoshoni subdistrict

Member since October 2015; AS - Northwest College; BS - University of Utah.  Craig is a Physical Therapist and is the Director of Therapies at SageWest Healthcare in Riverton.
